Apartments
SELF CATERING APARTMENTS - This means we provide cheaper, more affordable accommodation than a regular hotel.
Linen is included but rooms are only serviced after 8 nights. We provide initial condiments but once exhausted, it will be your responsibility to restock them at your expense.
We have different categories of apartments. (Please choose carefully, the room type that suits your needs.)
All apartments are privately owned and therefore furnishings are all unique to that apartment.
Each apartment has an open-plan lounge and dining room with full kitchen facilities, one bathroom and it's own laundry facilities. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT.
Whilst all apartments have a very pleasant outlook, our ground floor apartments have a courtyard with predominantly garden views. Higher floor apartments have a balcony with some offering filtered ocean views, while others overlook the pool area or have street views.
SUPERIOR Air-Conditioned Spa Apartment – Air-conditioning in the bedrooms only. This apartment is lovely with very smart, comfortable and modern furnishings with spa bath. Located on the 1st floor. Gyp-rocked, painted walls. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT. Pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED on our property or in the apartments.
STANDARD Air-Conditioned Apartment – Most have air-conditioning in the bedrooms only but some apartments have this only in the lounge. These apartments are nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. Located on all levels. Gyp-rocked or rendered, painted walls. One apartment is bricked inside but very tastefully furnished. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT. Pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED on our property or in the apartments.
ECONOMY Apartment – Fan cooled only
These apartments are comfortable but have dated furnishings. No Air-conditioning - fans only. Located either on the ground or 1st level. Gyp-rocked or rendered, painted walls. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT. Pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED on our property or in the apartments.
3 BEDROOM Apartment – Fan cooled only. This is a nice apartment. It has comfortable furnishings and has rendered, painted walls. It is located on the 2nd floor. WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFT. Pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED on our property or in the apartments.

2 Bedroom Economy Apartment
All Economy apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms and have dated furnishings. They have two bedrooms and one bathroom, a spacious living area and either a balcony or courtyard.

2 Bedroom Air Conditioned Apartment
These are our mid-range apartments and are generally air-conditioned in the bedrooms only, however a few have air-conditioning in the lounge only. They have two bedrooms and one bathroom, a spacious living area and either a balcony or courtyard.

This is one of our nicest apartments. It has air-conditioning in the bedrooms only. It has been renovated and is tastefully decorated. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom with a Spa Bath, spacious living areas and a balcony.

Fan cooled apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom, spacious living area and a balcony. Top floor.

2 Bedroom Budget Apartment
Make no mistake...this is a BUDGET, NO FRILLS apartment with dated furnishings and is priced as such.
